Booking Terms & Conditions
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date.
- The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date.
- NO REFUNDS — All payments are non-refundable once the date is locked.
- When we lock your date, we turn away all other inquiries for that date.
- Extra hours beyond the package included duration are billed at ₦250,000 per hour.
- Booking is only confirmed after payment verification by our team.
- AIB Events Center reserves the right to cancel bookings with a full refund in exceptional circumstances.
- Maximum capacity: 1,200 guests.
