How It Works
Register as Planner
Sign up to become an official AIB Events partner planner.
Check Available Dates
Browse our calendar for free dates that work for your client.
Pay 50% Deposit
Your client pays 50% of the hall fee (₦1.45M with your discount) to lock the date.
Complete Payment
Remaining 50% must be paid 1 week before the event date.
Payment Policy
For Planner Bookings
Initial Deposit
50% payment required to lock the date. For planners: ₦1,450,000 (discounted from ₦1,500,000)
Final Payment
Remaining 50% must be paid 1 week before the event date
NO REFUNDS
Strict Policy
Important: Once a date is booked and locked, we do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
When we lock your date, we turn away all other inquiries for that date. If you cancel, we have lost potential business.
By booking, you agree: 50% deposit is non-refundable. Full payment still required 1 week before even if you cancel.
